Carnegie Center offers unmatched amenities, including four Marketplace Cafes, jogging and walking paths, athletic facilities, beautiful outdoor sculpture gardens with a pond, numerous open greenways for events and an amphitheater for summer time concert series.

Amenities at Carnegie Center
On-Site Marketplace Cafes
Grab a bite to eat at one of four on-site Marketplace Cafes
Marketplace Cafes are located at buildings 101, 210, 214 and 506 Carnegie Center and are open Monday – Friday from 7AM – 2PM. Enjoy made to order items from the grill, salad bar, and deli station in addition to delicious daily chef specials.
Clients may also plan their private events in the 506 Cafe Bar or outside patio , or the 210 and 214 Cafe & outside patios.

We are pleased to support all of your catering needs at Fresh Fork Catering by Eurest and look forward to making every event a success. Our culinary experts have created a variety of innovative menu options to fit your needs.

Thrive Mobile Ordering and Payment App
Eurest is offering a time saving mobile app that will allow you to place your order and pay for it through their Thrive app. With Eurest’s new Thrive mobile ordering & payment app, you can order ahead & pay for your lunch from your desktop or mobile device and designate a time for pick-up at the Marketplace Cafes. To download the app, turn on your camera on your smartphone and scan the QR code below. Click on the link and the app will automatically download. Set-up your user profile, payment method and select the preferred Carnegie Center location.
Conference Centers
BXP Shared Conference Facilities
In an effort to provide first class amenities and services, BXP is pleased to offer (7) shared conference facilities, exclusively to its Carnegie Center clients, free of charge. The conference facilities are conveniently located throughout Carnegie Center. The facilities’ hours of operations are from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday, except Holidays. Reservations can be made through our Carnegie Center office app!
Fitness Center
Our state-of-the-art fitness center is equipped with a wide array of equipment including elliptical machines, treadmills, stationary bicycles, free weights, and benches.
There are locker rooms with premier complementary towel service, showers and shower products; including shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
The best part is that membership is FREE to all BXP Carnegie Center client employees!

Outdoor Athletic Facilities
Carnegie Center is truly a “work and play” environment. Unwind after a busy work day with a pick-up basketball game at one of our 2 basketball courts, or form a team with your co-workers to compete in our summer sand volleyball league.
It is not uncommon to see clients participating in a lunch time game of bocce. Clients can enjoy a leisurely walk along the beautiful walking paths that wind through the office park.
If you are more inclined to go for a jog, many clients share the bike lanes around campus or take a mile long fun run from the 100 series to the 500 series.
Carnegie Center buildings have locker room and shower facilities for the convenience of our clients.
EV Charging Stations
In our continued efforts to help make the world a little greener, BXP currently has twenty-four (24) dual output Electric Vehicle Charging Stations strategically located throughout the campus.
The usage of the EV charging stations is complimentary and exclusive to our clients at Carnegie Center.
To Get Started:
- Download the ChargePoint app in the iTunes/Google Play store.
Instruction to Drivers:
- Log in or Sign Up for ChargePoint account (if you already have an account, go to step 3)
- How to Sign Up for ChargePoint account:

- ChargePoint Mobile App on iPhone or Android
- Connecting to Boston Properties Carnegie Center
- Click on Connections tab
- Locate Connection Code field (see below image)
- Enter connection code provided: bxp2019
- Click Apply
- Request connection prompt will appear, click Request
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions
- Click Request Connection
- Wait for approval. Once approved, connection will be listed in the table under the Connections tab with status marked Approved. Please allow up to one (1) business day for approval.
- You are now authorized to use station
Please note that most electric vehicles will be fully charged within 4 hours utilizing these Type 2 charging stations. You will receive a text message from ChargePoint when your vehicle is fully charged. You will be asked to relocate your vehicle from that parking space to make it available to other EV owners to utilize. In the event you don’t relocate your vehicle within 1 hour of it being fully charged, you will be charged $2 per hour.
Bike Share Program
BXP offers multiple bike locations for clients to get out and enjoy the beautiful Carnegie Center campus! Simply pick up a bike from one end of campus and drop it off at any other location!
Childcare
Bright Horizons at 201 Carnegie Center is conveniently located off Route 1 and nestled inside the Carnegie Center!
All Carnegie Center clients are granted a waived registration fee (a savings of $150). Bright Horizons serves children ages 6 weeks through 6 years on an everyday basis. Additionally, Bright Horizons offers school’s out days for children up to 12 years when schools are closed and a summer camp program for kids ages 4-12 throughout the summer.

Post Office
Princeton US Post Office
The Princeton US Post Office is conveniently located at 213 Carnegie Center. The post office retail hours are Monday-Friday 10:00 am – 4:30 pm and on Saturday 8:30 am – 1:00 pm; with 24/7 access to the lobby post boxes and self-serve postal machines. (609) 452-9044.
